As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm each appointment in advance by phone calls, e-mailing and text messaging.
Except for emergency situations, you may expect to be seen on time. In return, we ask that you extend the same courtesy.
Please arrive for your appointment on time and if it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we require that 2 business days notice be given. This allows time for another patient in need of care to be seen. We do not accept cancellations via phone messages or emails.
Your first visit with the doctor will include an evaluation of your medical and dental history, necessary dental x-rays, photos and a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums. This normally takes about one hour.
If you are also scheduled with one of our highly trained hygienists for a dental cleaning, please allow an additional hour.
If your treatment is simple we will discuss it at this appointment. If your treatment is more complex your second appointment is a consultation with the dentist and our treatment coordinator approximately 1 week after your initial examination. This appointment lasts for about 30 minutes. The doctor will be there to discuss your specific dental needs and answer any questions you might have. We will present our recommendations to you along with our financial options
The next step is to set up the necessary appointments with our Scheduling Coordinator, who will find appointment times that work with your schedule.
