John Rich, DDS. - Associate Dentist
Dr. John Rich has been practicing general dentistry in Santa Rosa since 1988. He graduated from UCSF School of Dentistry in 1980. After a short stint as a clinical instructor of Operative Dentistry at that school, he accepted a position in Switzerland, where he ran a mobile dental clinic. His duties included all phases of general dentistry, as well as hospital, handicapped and geriatic dental care. Upon his return to California, he practiced in the Santa Cruz area for five years before relocating to Sonoma County at his current location. He takes great pride in his family oriented practice, which emphasizes strong personal service and relationships with his loyal patients.
Dr. Rich has been married to his wife Patricia for 26 years. She has been an elementary school teacher for 19 years in Santa Rosa. His daughter Stephanie is a senior at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and his son Thomas a junior at Analy High School. Starla Smith - R.D.H. - Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Starla and I am originally from southeast Alabama, I decided to move to northern California to finish my education. I graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with a degree as a Dental Hygienist in 2006. Beginning my career by working as a temp employee gave me the experience of working in a variety of different dental offices. I have an expanded license to practice local anesthesia, soft tissue curettage, nitrous oxide, and laser therapy. My hobbies include showing my two dogs all over California and the surrounding states, as well as spending time with my family. Dalia Bacinskiene - R.D.H. - Registered Dental Hygienist
Dalia is a proud graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Hygiene Program’s class of 2005 - the 4th class in the nation. She holds a dental hygiene license with expanded duties in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide sedation, and soft tissue curettage.
Dalia has been loyal to Sonoma County; she lived and worked here since she came from Lithuania in 1995. She is a mother of two wonderful daughters, and still finds time for her special interests - dancing and teaching jazzercise.

Jeanne Low , R.D.A. - Office Manager
My name is Jeanne. I'm an RDA - I've worked in the dental field for over 35 years. I've enjoyed the interactions with patients, trying to help inform them about their dental treatment, insurance benefits, and making financial arrangements. I look forward to meeting you. Stacey Lindell - Front Office Associate
I have worked in the dental field for over 5 years, three of which I have spent at this office. We have such a wonderful staff and I look forward to coming to work each day. Sue Lish - Front Office Associate
Sue has been in dentistry since 1980 when she started making crowns and dentures with a dentist friend in her home town of Cloverdale,California. From there, she has extended her dental knowledge and experience by becoming a registered dental assistant, front office administrator, consultant, and trainer. She has studied with some of the leading dental professionals in the country and gladly uses that knowledge to inform and educate patients so that they can make good choices in their dental care. Sharon Beckham - Treatment Coordinator
My name is Sharon Beckham. I started my career in 1976 in Marin County California up until October of 2007 when I joined Dr. Albers team. I started out as a Registered Dental Assistant, learning and mastering all aspects of the dental office. My focuses for Dr. Albers will be to help patients understand their treatment, help them to financially afford their treatment and to work with their schedules to make it happen. Lydia Mondino , R.D.A. - Registered Dental Assistant
Lydia has been in the profession for 26 years. She earned her RDA in 1994. She spend most of her career in San Francisco, moving to Sonoma County in 2002. Lydia now works along side Dr. Albers, her gentle touch and friendly disposition are what keeps patients smiling! Taylor Foss, R.D.A. - Registered Dental Assistant
Taylor has been in the dental profession for 5 years. She attended College of Marin, earning her RDA an 2006. She is now working along side Dr. Albers and brings a real sense of comfort to our patients. Taylor is enthuastic, and eager to learn.
