Your First Visit
Welcome
As a courtesy to our patients, we call to confirm each appointment in advance. Except for emergency situations, you may expect to be seen on time. In return, we ask that you extend the same courtesy. Please arrive for your appointment on time and if it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we require 48 hours advance notice given during business hours. This allows time for another patient in need of care to be seen. We do not accept cancellations via email.
What to expect on your first visit
Your first visit with the doctor will include an evaluation of your medical and dental history and a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums and evaluation of your X-rays normally takes an hour. If you are due for x-rays allow for an additional half hour.
If your treatment is simple we will discuss it at this appointment. If your treatment is more complex your second appointment is a consultation with the Julie approximately 1 week after your initial examination and lasts for about 30 minutes. The doctor will there to discuss your specific dental needs if you have questions and we will propose a treatment plan for you.
The next step is to set up the necessary appointments with Julie, our Scheduling Coordinator, who will find appointment times that work with your schedule.
Our usual office hours are:
Tuesday 9 am to 5 pm

Friday 9 am to 5 pm
